Welcome to the website of the Finnish
Lapphund Club Of Great Britain.
We are the only UK based Finnish Lapphund club which is recognized by the
Kennel Club.
The club was originally founded as a focal point for those interested in the
breed and in
owning a Lapphund. It is a place where we can socialize and get to know each
other and our dogs.
The Finnish Lapphund Club Of Great Britain welcomes all people with an interest
in the breed as members,
whether they own a Lapphund or not.
Our aim is to promote correct breed type
and to safeguard the breed in the UK.
We address health issues, offer advice to prospective owners on acquiring a
puppy, supply contact
information for breeders, plan informative and fun events for our members, hold
an annual breed
show with Finnish breed specialist judges and so the list goes on.

club discussion group where you
can chat with prospective Lapphund owners, novice owners, experienced owners and
breeders.
