Annual Trophy Points.
Claim
forms to be received by the trophy steward by the published date - which is 31st
January 2008.

All claims to be hard
copy, no e-mail claims will be accepted
·
If members require
confirmation of the receipt of the claim form by the trophy steward then
a stamped self addressed postcard must be included with each submission.
· The club member must complete all claim forms. Block claims via a third party will not be accepted.
Each
claim form must be signed by the club member/owner of the dog
· All claim forms will be available for inspection by the members at the AGM
