First Club Championship Show for Finnish Lapphunds!
We're delighted to announce that the KC have supported the FLC of GB's first Club Championship Show, which will take place on Sat. 2nd April 2011 at Stoneleigh, judge TBA.

The Club Championship Shows will run in the Spring of each year with the Club's Single Breed Open Shows continuing in the Autumn.

Cheltenham & District C.S. Open Show, Sunday 28th February 2010. Breed classes, 'A3' (NS) Judge, Marion Sargent and heated venue. Download the schedule and entry form here. Entries close 1st February 2010.

DIARY
Sat. 27th February 2010: ADVANCED FINNISH LAPPHUND JUDGING SEMINAR, at the Kennel Club Building, Stoneleigh, Warwickshire CV8 2LZ. This event is aimed at Breed Specialists and Non Breed Specialists who are at present on the “B” Judging List and aspire to giving Challenge Certificates for Finnish Lapphunds from 2011 onwards. Run by the Finnish Lapphund Club of Great Britain using the Kennel Club Code of Best Practice for Breed Seminars. Limited places for Candidates and Observers are available.

NB This course is now fully booked. A further course may be held due to demand. Please contact the Secretary Elaine Short, to register your interest in attending a future course.

Thurs 11th March 2010: Crufts NEC Birmingahm - Pastoral Day - Finnish Lapphunds. From the 11th to 14th March inclusive, the FLC of GB will be manning the Discover Dogs stand for Finnish Lapphunds at the show. We look forward to seeing you there!

Sun. 28th March 2010: AGM 2010. The Notice and Committee Proposals have been sent out to Members. Contact the Secretary Elaine Short, for further details.

Sat. 4th September 2010: Fifth Single Breed Open Show of the Finnish Lapphund Club of Great Britain. See Show Calendar.

Sat. 2nd April 2011: the First Club Championship Show of the Finnish Lapphund Club of Great Britain at the The Kennel Club Building, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. Judge TBA.

Sat. 3rd September 2011: Sixth Single Breed Open Show of the Finnish Lapphund Club of Great Britain at Stoneleigh.

Sat. 7th April 2012: the Second Club Championship Show of the Finnish Lapphund Club of Great Britain at Stoneleigh.
